Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact NextWave Movers, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, moving locations, preferred date, access information, inventory, notes and photographs.

How it is used

This information is used to assess the requested moving service, prepare or clarify a quotation, contact you about the enquiry and, if the work proceeds, organise the job.

Where quote requests go

Website quote requests are added to the private NextWave operations system so the enquiry can be reviewed and progressed. Uploaded photos may be stored with the relevant lead. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who need the information to respond to or deliver the requested service.

Optional AI photo inventory

If you choose “Create my item list”, the selected room photos are sent to OpenAI, our AI service provider, so it can draft an inventory and indicative volume range. The feature is optional: you can use the room-by-room selectors instead. AI results can miss concealed items or misunderstand a photo, so you must review and edit the draft before relying on it.

Photos selected for AI analysis are used for this quote-assistance feature and may also be attached to your enquiry for our team. Do not upload identification documents, financial details or unrelated personal information.

Route and estimate calculation

To produce an instant rough estimate, the pickup and delivery locations may be sent to OpenStreetMap-based geocoding and routing services. Only the locations needed to calculate distance are sent for this purpose; your name, phone number, email, inventory and photographs are not sent to those map services.

Advertising measurement

We retain campaign links and referral information with an enquiry so we can understand which advertising brings useful requests. When Meta advertising measurement is enabled, Meta Pixel records visits and successful enquiry submissions using browser and cookie information. We do not include your form answers, name, email, phone number, moving addresses, inventory or photos in these advertising events. A submitted enquiry is not counted as a confirmed booking.

Our Meta integration respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also manage advertising preferences through your browser and Meta account.

Other service providers

NextWave may use website hosting, email and operations providers to receive, store and respond to enquiries. They receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect customers, the public or NextWave’s legal rights.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete information submitted through this website, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements. You can also ask questions about how an image or enquiry was handled.
